Built on Chestnut Ridge. It features a ranch/farm house, barn, large pond and paddocks. The home is spacious built for a large family. It has pool that looks like a small pond feature that is landscaped lushly. The barn is equipped with 2 stalls on the 1st floor and the area for the hired hands on the 2nd which has a bunk room, bath and small kitchen and dining area so mama doesn't have to cook for the whole crew. The barn is not your typical barn seen in the mid-west it is modeled on some of the pole barns that you see in Florida. We had one on our ranchette. They start out as a bunch of poles and a roof and as you get money you enclose it to make the barn. Here in the south the winters are milder so your livestock typically is safe until the walls are up. The truck and horse trailer are strictly decorative as there is no Custome Content. It can be deleted if you wish. I just added it to look more authentic.
