A tier 3 tiny home that has a master bedroom and a bunkroom/computer desk with books, I primarily made it as a 2nd/vacation home but it could also be used as a rental. It has 100 of 100 tiles which just includes it as a tier 3 category tiny home. I did briefly test a copy of the home because it is so small and compact with a family of four which seemed to navigate the home fine (not sure if they would start to aggravate each other long term). I used the Coszy Kitsch Kit and Adventure awaits EP in the build.
