No, this is not a ranchette or ranch house. I just liked the name. The home has 2 bedrooms 2 baths on the main floor with a bedroom, bath and combination game, tv room and study nook in the basement. The outdoor space has a covered back porch, pool and BBQ. I used the Courtyard Oasis Kit and the Greenhouse Have Kit in the build. Enjoy.
