Thanks to Stella Terrano that made me realize the problem here!

Sometimes your employees (expecially when playables) will skill away from your business and then when you call them they will not come because they're now underpaid.

This mods fixes this. When you summon them, they will come, but they will warn you that they're discontent, so you may fix their wage before they quit.

This mod is compatible with my other mod Force your employees to show up.

My mod Force your employees to show up has been updated with the same functionality added to the indipendent forced command, so if you had it already, you'll need to redownload.
