Well here is a small-ish modern beach house I've created. It has one bedroom with the possibility of one or two extra. However I built this primarily as a getaway for a sim couple or bachelor/bachelorette.
It comes with its own garage with studio aabove, covered arched walkways from the garage to the house and wrapping the front of the house. 2 balconies and a large covered pool.
Grnd floor. A fully equipped kitchen modern games room with bar, lounge and dining rooms. Fully landscaped gardens, large pool and of course the garage.
1st floor. A large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room. A room leading out to the large patio/balconey complete with deck loungers and jacuzzi.
Above the garage is a small studio apartment, this comes with its own shower room and could be used as a gym, office or bedroom.
The house is furnished with maxis only content.
The house is built on the 4 x 5 lot.
There is NO custom content.
Cost: 209'342 simoleons. A nice getaway for the richer sim.
