Ok friends, today (Nov 18th) is my birthday (don't ask ... be nice with a lady). I've had a lot of troubles with the net but finally I have this lovely house for you.

Before starting with description, I have to say that this house is dedicated to Moononsun: I miss you, friend, this is a little gift for you when you will be back. I know this is not in your style, but my building skills are simple and basic.

Now, let's celebrate this day.

The lot is 3x2
81200 simoleon
No custom contents apart the cupid statue by Maxis, which I love (however, I would thank all creators here because I use tons and tons of CCs).
No hacks or mods, cleaned with Sims2Pack.
There is a pic with two lovely sims and a car: don't bother, it's just a pic taken while testing the lot, no trace of them and of the sportive car in the packaged file.

I have all EPs, glamour life and family fun, thus I used some objects, walls and floor from each of them.

The building has a quite victorian outside, but as you can see the inside is modern and with a bit of scienfiction details all around.
At the groundfloor there is a nice living room and an open space kitchen, at the first floor there are the two baths, master bedroom and kid bedroom, lot of plants and mirrors everywhere.
I love the lot entrance, with columns and the fountain, hope you will like it as well.

BTW, this time Nocturnelady didn't cooperate at all, she's always somewhere for shopping or parties, thus I was let alone with the inspiration.
