Do you feel romatic? This is for you.


First floor: large kitchen and living, studio, bath, master bedroom with beach view and a romantic veranda with a relaxing fountain
Second floor: additional large room (unfurnished, it can be a bedroom or a studio, it’s your choice) 1 bath (furnished), balcony on the beach, with telescope.
The lovely lake on the front works perfectly for practising fishing.

Cleaned, checked and tested in game (a clone lot), either in Twikki Island and in regular neighbourhoods (it works provided that the lot is placed along the sea in a slot with enough space).
Built with AGS.
IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated damned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.
