This little starter house is set up to feature its central garden. As it is a starter house, the garden is small...for now. But with a 3x3 lot, there is room to expand. The house wraps around the garden. There is a nice fireplace, and basic furnishings for 1 or 2 sims. All skillbuilders are included. There would be more windows, but as the house costs $19.825 simoleans, the builders decided to let the new owners put more windows in at a later time.
