The floorplans are identical; each house has an open kitchen/dining/living area on the ground floor, a double bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and a full-size basement. The basements are easily viewable since they have regular walls (not foundations) on the back and sides, so basement-loathers might want to give this a try.
