Mootilda unfortunately passed away in September of 2014. They were a respected member of the community and contributed to the Simming community for many years.
Fledgling Flats is a new street of 1-story modern starter homes. Each home was designed by a first-year student entering the Landgraab Academy of Design and the teachers assure us that these houses are very livable. The substantial savings on architecture fees have been passed on directly to you.

This steel-beam house has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a 2x1 lot with all skills and extras: computer, tv, and stereo. The low price of $19,414 gives you enough money for those rough early days after move in. Fully-furnished for two. The second bedroom is left unfurnished, but there is plenty of room for a nursery, twin beds, a hobby room, or even a guest suite with a double bed. The foyer has double entry doors and there are also double doors into the master suite. Lighted inside and out. Tastefully decorated in muted tones, but there's plenty of time left to choose your color scheme before move-in day.

Quite spacious for such a small lot. There's room in the living room when you decide to purchase that big-screen TV and game console, and extra space in the entry way. The master ensuite has additional room for a sink and shower-tub upgrade. The spare bedroom is nice and large, and you can upgrade to double doors to provide a second master suite. There is even room on the lot for a future 1-car driveway.

Both ensuites were designed with privacy in mind; add a wall and a door and you have private toilet facilities. The master shower can also be upgraded to have its own room. A great family house for the price of a starter home.

Unfortunately, for this price we were unable to supply any landscaping, except for the newly planted lawn. The parkland behind each lot is for sale, which means that you can use the LotAdjuster to expand this lot at the back, if you require additional space.

The cost of this modern roof was kept low by using two painted thin steel beams, stacked on an angle, to provide height and interest.
