1 x kitchen/dining/living room

The house has a covered porch in front and back; includes basic skilling items (bookcase, mirror, stereo), with room for a computer and a dresser and/or easel upstairs. You could also put a crib up there. Both the front and the back side could be used as a street side.

Prices given below (F = Furnished; U = Unfurnished) are when placed on a regular 20x30 lot; on a 10x20 one it costs 800§ less than that.
