A faded, dated, very cheap and very simple starter bungalow for a large household – I somehow ended up with a family of 11 in my own game, and this is a sort-of-replica (not identical but very similar) of the house they live in. This version is furnished for eight sims – very sparsely but all the basics are included; it also has a TV, stereo, bookcase, and two mirrors. There is room for one more bed or crib, space in the living areas for additional hobby/skilling items, and a covered terrace in front where one could also put a grill or an outdor chess board.

Parking for eight bicycles included. No room to park a car (unless of course you put it on a larger lot, which is kind of likely). It's not very elaborately furnished (since it's supposed to be a cheapo shack) but my sims still think it's "decorated". Unlike any of my other lots, this is fully deprecated – so if you're going to redecorate, it's going to cost quite a bit more.

Built on a 20x15 lot; prices below are F = furnished and U = unfurnished on a regular 20x30 lot.
