This is the Little Modern House. Why? Because it's built on a 10x10 lot, so it's one of the smallest lots I've ever made! And because I think it has a modern look.

The house doesn't have the usual living downstairs, sleeping upstairs lay-out. It's just the other way around.
You need to head up the stairs to enter the house. On the second floor you find a diningarea, a kitchen and a livingroom.

When you use the stairs inside the house, you can go downstairs to the first floor. Here you can find a bedroom and a bathroom.
