Mid-century modern single bedroom pad for solitude loving sims. It has a simple open floor plan that houses the living, kitchen and dining spaces. The outdoor area features an single car garage and a small pool. Small yet stylish, this will be the home hardworking bachelor sims look forward to spend their money on.

This is built on a 20x15 lot, with a price of §33071 (unfurnished) and §46671 (furnished). Decorated with mostly base game items and a number of items from EPs and SPs ticked, that are only required if wanted to look similar as in screenshots, with no custom content used. The lot is saved as .package, just place it in the Library folder (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library) to install.
