Picture the coast of Vermont or Maine with craggy inlets, sandy beaches, and hills rising above Victorian and Cape Cod style homes. That's what I had in mind creating this terrain. It was the suggestion of MarioKart, a member at SimFansUK, and I loved it so I got out SimCity 4, made and discarded numerous maps, and finally settled on this one. I also have a whole neighborhood with houses and community lots at SimFansUK. This terrain has numerous flat areas for building as well as beach lots. Highways traverse around each peninsula which form a bay, and also up the hill to the very top where there is an area with fabulous views for your Sims who love that! The developers of Oceancrest invite you to be in on the ground floor while lots are cheaper!
