Hello!

I've brought a lovely starter home for you and your sims.
I uploaded a fully furnished and an unfurnished version, because i used some cc (it was cheaper that way ) so if you don't want to use any cc in your game, you can just simply download the unfurnished version.
It was made based on an all time favourite starter home of mine from The Sims 2 base game: Ranch Retreat. I loved that little home, it was adoreable!
