This modern pad consists of an open floor plan kitchen/dining/living on the ground level, with a mini pool and patio on the side. On the second level features an open study area, the masters bedroom, and one spare bedroom for another housemate/family member. Two bathrooms are located each per level for your sims' convenience.

This lot is playtested and no routing issues were detected so far, despite the heavy usage of the 'moveobjects on" cheat. One minor issue is that sims will choose to dine at the table at the pool area, instead of the one at main dining area.

Custom content are also used in the making of this lot, and none of these are included, which are the following:
