Your sim had just committed crime once again, and they need a place to stay to cool down from the cops...but where could it be? A safehouse of course! This cheap one-bedroom apartment will provide a neat hiding place from the law enforcers, complete with a garage to store your sim's newly "acquired" vehicles.

The apartment's design, mostly of the interior, is based from the Portland Safehouse in GTA:Liberty City Stories, with a modified exterior, while retaining the shabby/semi-grunge environment.

Recommended to place in city-type worlds, wherein this lot is placed in the emptied version of Bridgeport.

Late Night, Ambitions, Pets, and University Life are required for all the furnishings to show up. Only two pieces of custom content are used, and are not included in the lot:
