Lavendar Domicile - 3br, 2ba [Single-Level Family Home]

I've been building houses in the Sims 3 since I got the game more than a decade ago, but this is my first upload! Yippee! I'm bad at flowery descriptions though, so here's a face-value assessment:

Lot Value:
Furnished - $61,837
Unfurnished - $33,097

3 bedrooms (one master, one child/teenager, one baby/toddler), 2 bathrooms (one master).

I built this house for my male sim in Sunset Valley who's favourite colour is grey and who married Morgana Wolff, hence the colour scheme (because colour schemes are fun!)

Only two collections of CC used, Additional Information has more info but it's neater to put it here:

I forgot to keep track of the packs I used while building this house so I just tagged all the packs I had installed while building... you might not actually need Island Paradise, but I'm confident you will need the other packs for full lewks/functionality.
