This is a rustic cabin resort designed specifically for 53 Waterfall Way, right beside Stoney Falls Fishing Spot (hence the name). It has been play-tested for about a sim week and is 100% functional!

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a 5 star resort because there is no pool. If you choose to add a pool, it will become a 5 star resort. By default, it starts the game as a 4 star resort and can naturally progress up to 4.5 stars. Brings in about $3.5k simoleons per day net of maintenance.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING CC/STORE OBJECTS:
* Dragon Valley's roof accessories (specifically Simple Roof End): functionally optional without this but definitely demotes the aesthetic.
* MFC's Rabbit Hole rugs (specifically the Tower Resort ones): REQUIRED for functionality, otherwise there are NO resort towers on this lot. There are 3 rugs total, 1 in each cabin, for 3 resort towers (all maxed upgraded).
