Fifth upload, though chronologically this is a somewhat old build as this was built in September of 2025.

"Sometimes even the best location can fall out of favour. Remodeled cheaply many times, this round of renovations has now converted the once-apartment complex into a children's orphanage, funded and run by one mysterious newcomer to Bridgeport."

(This lot functions as a normal residential lot - it is only made to look like an apartment on the outside).

This lot is designed to replace Crescent Bay Plaza on 1550 Bayshore Highway in Bridgeport. Perfect for any orphanage playthrough, though not built with any particular challenge in mind. I'm personally using this as a supernatural orphanage (because if there was one trait in the sims 3 that fits me perfectly, it's Supernatural Fan!) which is kind of why this has more of a supernatural feel to it, but I think it would be fine for any human playthrough as well. You be the judge of that!

There are only two pieces of store content used but they are 100% optional and can easily be replaced without ruining the vibes, and they're both in the study/library:
* Bonded Tapestry - from the Dragon Valley store world
* Workman's Shelf - from the Stones Throw Greenhouse premium venue

The only CC used are my favourite Heritage Doors by basimcly (linked in Additional Information), these could also easily be replaced but please keep in mind that the powder room on the 1st floor uses a mid-tile single door and thus replacing this without a similar door would result in a slightly different placement.

I recommend replacing the Bonded Tapestry with the Enigmatic Tapestry from the Supernatural expansion pack for the same vibe, and the Workman's Shelf is best replaced with the Herbenworg Bookshelf by SPROOP from University Life as it can be similarly recoloured and is only slightly taller. But of course, do as you please!
