This is a simple starter home built for 272 Windsor Drive. I wanted to build something affordable for 1-2 sim(s) while keeping the modern aesthetic of Bridgeport's celebrity hills. This house is easily expandable to accommodate more sims and a fence for privacy can be built around the lot with ease. Went with a blue vibe because blue is my favourite colour
