Thank you for the trust and that you picked me from all of the builders. I really appreciate it!

I hated the idea of 2 stories without any furnitures or organised place for sims to spend time at the original lot. I decided to make this building a little shorter and place a bar with games in there to make this lot more functional.

Lot description:
"Welcome at the finest Italian restaurant in the town! Try the most delicious treats and if you want to have more fun we have a bar area with social games! The whole building is placed at the plaza near the fountain where people used to get fresh water. Now it's just a memorial of that times but it's still quite a view!"

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
