Fun for me these days seems to be fusions. This is a fusion between modern white render and tropical. What a challenge Did I pull it off you think?



It's made on a very perticular lot in my own world Stranda, shouldn't be that hard to adjust to a regular flat lot though. Just use some ITF green grass or something and ditch the car parks or whatever it's called in English. The pool sits close to a foundation, very convenient. To find a similar beachlot somewhere else is not going to be easy, but with the foundation you might still pull it off. There is a few tiles to the border or the lot.



This house works for a family of 2 kids, a baby and some very spoiled parents. They can invite all their friends and make some hamburgers on the BBQ or just impress with the state or art kitchen.

Price Furnished:

The lot includes on the main floor:
1. Kitchen and diner, a big pool outside.
2. Hallway and car drivers entrance. A parking for a car.
3. Studie and a media room, with a garden entrance and terrace.
4. Livingroom with a pingpong table and a bar.
5. 2 bathrooms and a dressingroom.
6. BBQ with table and chairs, and a playarea for the kids.
7. Two boats can moor if you buy some.



On the second floor:

1. Two kids bedrooms, one with a music player and one with a street art set.
2. A nursery with some toys in the hallways.
3. A bathroom in the hallway.
4. Piano room with professional bar.
5. Big balcony at the front and several at the seaside.
6. Master bedroom with dressingroom, livingroom, and a bathroom.

At the roof the house has a good size built in roof terrace with a little room for something ... They are not furnished.



Requirements: Exp: Ambitions, Late Night Generations, Showtime, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise and Into the Future. Stuff: High-End Loft, Outdoor Living, Town Life. MTS engine seems to have it's own idea of requirements, that may be right.

Possible Bugs: You may experience the lot dropping down into the terrain on the site in Stranda, in that case I don't have a lot of help to offer I'm afraid. You may try the cheat "setimportedterrainoffset" followed by a number, like 5 will lift the lot probably more than you need, try a lower number if it actually works. It's a game problem with beach lots.
