This is a small ranch with a Barndominium and Auxillary 2 Bedroom house on the lot. The lot also has a 2 stall Barn with a small apartment and a green house. There is a paddock with a barrel racing training item for your horse. The Barndominium has 3 Bedrooms 3 baths and a large shop to repair ranch vehicles and to house personal vehicles.

I created this for a family of adult parents (50 ish)with a young adult son (who has a wife and a child) and two teenagers. I used the MC Command Center cheat to change the household members limit from 8 to 9 so I could add 2 horses to the lot. This was a personal choice as I use the MC Command Center in my game.

****Warning the roof atop the shop sits on a small half wall to give it the lift needed to make that area of the home look right but sometimes if you make structural changes to the lot the roof will disappear.**** Other than that I haven't seen any problem.

I used the Adventure Awaits EP and Kits Greenhouse Haven, Riviera Retreat and Restoration Workshop in the build
