Again not a starter, but not terribly expensive either: a 2-bedroom house with covered porch and fireplace, furnished for 3 sims. There is another empty bathroom upstairs, as well as space for a study or somesuch. This is a very versatile floorplan – you could turn the downstairs bathroom into an entrance, swap around the living room, bedroom and kitchen, or have two bedrooms downstairs and move the living area upstairs entirely.

One driveway, two bike racks and two bikes are included.

Built on the smallest lot I have (16x18), so it can be rotated in any direction on every other lot. Playable from at least two static camera angles; I think three sides of the house would work as a street side.
