"Trying to leave could be impossible!" Coral interrupted and finished
Sheeta's sentence with a scared look on her face.
"How are we to get out of this?" Coral began to sobb, finding herself very upset
at being a prisoner again.
"Please do not cry Coral, I know you have been through some very hard times,
but you are strong and can make it through this. There are a few rules that will
help you get away, first you must not stay here longer than needed. If you need
three days then take three days. Stick to your word. Your word is important on
this Isle. Next you must not eat the food that they bring, if you eat their
food, you will be all the more easily convinced to stay and join them forever."

"Oh no! I think we already did eat the food! There were two fish in a bucket
out by the boat, Herb and I, we cooked them and had them for dinner." The color
drained from Coral's face at the revelation.

"No Coral, I gave you the fish, they were so easy to catch, all big fat and
swimming so slowly." said Sheeta with a very cat ate the canary look in her eyes.
"I left them for you. I ate three of them bigger than those. I had to take nap I was so
full. Fresh food is good for you to get your strength back."
"Sheeta, thank you, thank you so much for all of your kindness. If we get out of this
you know Herb and I will do our best to introduce you the Lepord Man of Scotland.
That is if we ever get home." Coral was about to cry when Sheeta started to kinda
purr as she said the next words to Coral.
"You will make it Coral, you and Herb, you will make it all the way back home and
keep your promise to me."
The purring sound of Sheeta's voice was very warming
and comforting. Coral gained strength and focus from the words of Sheeta. Coral found
herself thinking of a fine mother cat tending to her kittens and making sure that they
survived. Sheeta was indeed a good friend and Coral had deep heartfelt gratitude for
the child of the jungle called Sheeta.
"I really wanted to just sleep tonight, not lay awake trying to think of a plan to escape and
get home. I have not seen my daughter Brandy and her family in two years. She must be
worried sick or think us dead. We must get home. If you have a plan Sheeta please share it."

"No Coral, I do not have a plan. I am very sorry. But you and Herb are smart.
Just remember the rules.

Do not stay longer than the third day.
Do not eat any food that they bring.
Do not fight except for establishing rank among the group.
The Selkies can only make you stay if you agree too. You have to tell them that
you agree to stay. Then you will be turned into a Selkie and join the tribe. It would
not be a bad life. You would live a very long and good life."
"You mean, just say no? And keep saying no to their invitation?" asked Coral
with a surprised look on her face.
"Yes, exactly, just say no." Both woman burst out laughing for some reason
when they said it together.
"You must remember to be very polite when you do say no, they are an ancient
race and have strict rules of politeness. Queen Chanka told me that you must keep
remembering and reminding them that you have a home to return to and families that
need you. They will respect that and let you pass, but, you have to be very persistent
because they will try to trick you into staying. They really want you to stay."

"That is a relief that I now know what to do, but why would they want me to stay?

I am too old to bare a child. Now my husband would have not problem with that."
Coral said with a grim look that reflected unhappy memories of the Goota Boogy Tribe
and Queen Hepsha.
"Keep in mind Coral that this is a magic isle. They would not want you if it were not
possible for you to have a child."
"Hmmmmmmm?" sighed Coral. "I wish Herb had been awake to hear all of this so I
wouldn't have to re-explain everything."

"I have been awake the most of the time," said Herb from his hammock. He then stretched
out his arms and hopped out of the hammock with rested ease.
"This place is great, I feel great just from that bit of sleep I had." said Herb standing
tall and looking rather dashing in the firelight. This did not go unnoticed by Coral who
found herself smiling at him.
"This Isle is invigorating in many ways." agreed Sheeta as she tensed and made ready
to leap and climb up a nearby tree.
Then she launched into the air and straight up a tree quickly making her way to the top.
"I will speak with you tomorrow Herb and Coral, good night." And she disappeared into
the canopy to go and do what cats normally do in the night. Prowl around and explore. Sheeta
was also feeling invigorated by Puma Isle.
"She must be feeling like a kitten again," laughed Herb.
"I think so," agreed Coral as she walked over to hug her husband and kiss him.
Herb kissed her back and they smiled at each other. Even though they had been able to see
each other everyday during their year long captivity by the Gotta Boogy Tribe. It was the first
time in over a year that they had been able to share such a simple but important thing as a kiss.
Herb wrapped his arms around his wife. They stood hugging each other before the fire.
"We have a plan, right?" Coral asked looking up into Herbs face.
"Yes, we have a plan, we leave the day after tomorrow. We only eat the food that we
brought, catch or harvest ourselves, remind them often that we have a family to return
to and no fighting." said Herb giving Coral a squeeze and kissing her.
"I have no desire to fight," said Coral with a gleam in her eye that Herb understood very well.
"Would you care to join me in the hammock my love?" Herb asked his wife with a wolfish smile.
"Yes, I think I would like that very much." agreed Coral.
They retired to the hammock together and had a wonderful night of repeated Woo Who.
