Well here finally is the third and final part of the History of Calstone Guest House.
**********************************************************
Calstone House stood deserted, abandoned and viewed with fear by those who lived nearby. As all old houses do it grew a reputation as a haunted house. Children dared each other to walk in its grounds, rubbish piled up in the once immaculate grounds.
Over the years the house grew decrepit, decaying slowly and painfully. The ground itself seemed to give up as the trees died and only the hardiest of the former multitude of plants survived.
No-one stepped forward as rightful owner of the House, the line had indeed died with Dr Sebastien, there was no-one left of either the Calstone or the Wincham families that had so effected the house. At least it seemed there was nobody left....
Who then was the woman who stepped in to buy the property after so many decades? A woman calling herself Elinor Wincham and claiming to have roots within the house? Her large fortune swept through all questions and those curious who hung round. Despite the stories she had heard of the House she was determined to buy the property and restore it to its original Victorian splendour and open it to the public as an exclusive Guest House...
