Logic told her the door could not have just disappeared, that the voices she could hear were not real, that even if they were real it was the others having decided to come after her to add to their cruel prank.

If she touched the wood surely the door would reapear? Then she could leave this room and after that she would certainly lose no time in leaving this place.

But as she approached the wall where the door had been nothing changed, nothing but the feeling of dread that had eased into her accompanied by the chill the covered her arms. Reaching out to touch the word she realised she could no longer hear the whispering. This at least was a good thing right??

Running her hand over the wall where the door to freedom had once been she bit back a scream.

She could have sworn she felt someone touch her - from the other side of the wall...

Backing up she watched in horror as first one then two hands materialised out of thin air, appearing to move through the wall towards her.

Her heart was almost in her throat as she backed away from whatever was coming towards her.....
